Zangy-tangy Dressing   

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. Vegenaise (mayonnaise substitute)
2 T. Honey
2 T. Lemon Juice
1/8 t. Salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.

Yields: 2 cups.
