Garden-Fresh Crunchy Salad   

Ingredients:

4 c. Broccoli (raw, cut into 1-inch pieces)
4 c. Cauliflower (raw, cut into 1-inch pieces)
2 c. Cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1 c. Snow peas (cut in half)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour Zangy-tangy Dressing over top; mix well. refrigerate 2-4 hours; serve cold.

Yields: 9 cups.
