Cranberry Salsa   

Ingredients:

1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. cranberries
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. diced orange
2 T. minced jalapeņo pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t. salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Serve with your choice of chips, crackers, or melba toast. Yield: 3 cups.

Calories per 1/3 cup: 20; protein: 1 gram; carbohydrate: 5 grams; fat: 0 grams; fiber: 1 gram; cholesterol: 0 milligrams.
