Tempeh Topper or Stuffer
Directions: Over medium heat, sauté onions in oil until translucent. Add garlic; cook for 1/2 minute. Add salsa, tomatoes, cumin, and tempeh. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice, noodles, or baked potato. Can also be served in a pita or wrapped in a flour tortilla. Serves: 6.
